I'm a graduate of Concordia College and sang in the choir where I met my husband. Music has always been a very important part of our lives.  I taught physical education in Moorhead and in Fargo. We had three children during that time and then moved to Indianapolis.  I gave up teaching and started a career as an antique dealer and floral designer. I combined the two for many years and finally gave that up last year to spend more time with my husband as he faced some major health issues.

We have been going to Arizona every winter for many years and I decided to start painting again. I had painted in high school but didn't really have the time to pursue it untill I joined an art club and met a wonderful teacher who came to our club every week. I had always wanted to do watercolor and discovered I did pretty well.

We live on Two Inlets Lake and I tend to paint the nature I am surrounded by. I also love old barns and rusty trucks.
